I need some help.

(beg. edit)  I have slowly been sinking in to  a big problem area that no matter how much I think it is goingto go away or change, it just seems to get worse. I only receive my disabilty everymonth, thats it.  I have to take care of a house I didn't ask for, can't afford and can't sell. 

I am disabled with spinal njuries that need surgery.  That cannot happen andlive from hour to hour, day to day, month to month forpain meds, injectons, chiro anything that Medicare can give to help with this without costing a fortune in the 20% co-pays.

what is worse is I cannot have the surgery due to a degenerative, undiagnosed brain condition.  My brain activity, just 7 months ago was slowed on the right hemispere.  My next pet scan showed the slowinghad incresed in the right and was now in the left side too.  In addition it had spread to the temporal lobes andthat areas was almost completely void of activity.  since my mother has alzheimers, that is immediately what they suspect.  I am only 53. 53!  This is not supposed to happen.  I just put my mother in a nursing home this past february after 3 plus years of taking care of her myself at home.  At the end, when mom was in late stage alzheimers, there was a point there wasn'tanything I hadn't or wouldn't need to do for my mom, nothing.  Now within 6 months I hear that now I have it!!! No way, this cant be, its not right. This isn't how it is supposed to be.My life hasn'tbeen a horror show, prettyclose at times, but many many have had itworse, but it has not been an easy ride.  No war stories neededas we all havethem. I am just broken apart and lost and now all I haveis flling apart around me. I have been battling cognitive, neurological, balance, central brain damamge and lesions for almost 5 years in addition tothe spine fractures and corresponding issues.

I would like to find out if there are any programs, institutions or assistance available for obtaining a home equity line of credit. I am on disability and will be most likely be permanent. I have a home with no mortgage that needs repairs desperately. As we speak I just sprouted a roof leak and the splat splat splat in to the bucket is driving me crazy.
I own this home now as my mom had gotten ill and had to go in to a nursing home, so the house was transferred in to my name for that purpose. I was in no real position financially for this, but now I have to take care of things.
Any info or points in the right direction or just a hi would be greatly appreciated.

Here's information on FHA loans.  These loans are for low income people so they can own their own home too.  The loans are insured by the federal government, have low downpayments, and low monthly payments according to your income.

I'm a recently divorced, self employed parent.  We have been able to reside in our current location for 6 months in a caretaker capacity as the owners live far away and needed to sell their current home before they could relocate.  I found out this morning that they are planning to move into the residence in March which leaves us with no home and soon no income.  Help!  I have never been in this type of situation before....No money,  no resources, overdue bills and tarnished credit.  I do not know where to get help from.  Any information would be truly appreciated!!!

I am a 46 year old mother of a 19 year old, recently separated. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease for about 6 years, and Rheumatoid Arthritis for 4. I am trying to purchase a home that my daughter (who is a sophomore in college) and I can live in. She is my primary caretaker.

my husband and i are both veterns and need a home loan.  our monthly income is only 1109.00 which basically qualifys us for nothing.  we would like to live in florida but in a more rural environment.  between his many health problems, the constant sirens and road noise his panic attacks are becoming worse.  my husband is a marine who served two tours in viet nam, he was shot twice and what did not bother him at 20 (ha) has magified at 55.  i am not sure how to buy a house much less who would lend us money to purchase one.  if i could recieve so guidance on who to contact i would appreciate any information or help.  thank you
